The MV Bavaria is a steel ship 28 meters long and 6.5 meters wide. Designed and planned by Markus Egginger, owner of Loma Diving Adventure. Based on its 15 years of experience, the ship was designed by divers for divers. It has all the amenities that a safari boat must have.

6-day tours take you to the most beautiful and famous dive sites in Thailand (Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock and Surin Islands). Everything at a unique price / performance ratio. The group size is 4 - 6 divers per diveguide.

The MV Bavaria was built in 2016 in Thailand according to the latest marine and safety standards. All guests are accommodated in comfortable cabins with air conditioning. The ship has 2 standard cabins on the upper deck, 6 Comfort twin cabins with private bath / WC on the main deck, 2 Comfort cabins with double bed and private bath / WC in the lower deck (these are also offered as a single room) and 2 Deluxe cabins large double bed and private bath / WC on the main deck. The maximum number of guests is 24. All cabins are kept clean and tidy during your stay on board by our crew. Friendly staff and excellent food make for a pleasant stay during the safari.

Due to our many years of experience with dive safaris, we promise you with the MV Bavaria best and safe diving in all areas that we visit. You just have to relax and enjoy diving.

We promise that our captain is doing his best to allow a relaxed traveling between the dive sites and the size of the vessel also contributes a sleek and smooth glide over the sea.

If you do not want to dive, you can also get on board and enjoy our Safari as snorkelers or in between relaxing on the beach. As we welcome everyone on board, including those who want to make a diving course at the Similans.

Trip Description
for example Trip C: Similans - Koh Bon - Koh Tachai - Surin Island - Richelieu Rock
(6 days / 6 nights - max. 22 dives)

Arrival and crossing
Meeting point for check-in is no later than 4:00pm at the diving school of Loma Diving Adventure in Khao Lak, assembling the equipment and completing the formalities. Around 6:00pm transfer by minibus to the port of Tablamu. Check-in on the ship, boat briefing and dinner, departure time is approximately at 8:30pm.

First day of diving
4 Dives Similan Islands - on the first day of our safari we start with a check dive on island #4. On this day we will do the further dives on island #7. There is also the option of going to the beach.

Second day of diving
4 Dives Similan Islands - on the second day of our safari we dive at the best sites of the Similan Islands such as: B. Elephant Rock and on the dive sites of island # 8. We also offer a shore excursion on Similan Island # 8 with its white beaches and crystal clear water.

Third day of diving
4 Dives Similan Islands and Koh Bon - on the third day of our safari we do 2 more dives on island #9, the northernmost island of the Similan Islands. Then we continue to Koh Bon, one of the most famous dive sites for Manta Ray sightings. Manta rays can often be seen around the rock itself and around Koh Bon Pinnacle. The best time is from mid-December to April. There we do the remaining 2 dives.

Fourth day of diving
4 Dives Koh Tachai - On the fourth day of our safari we do four dives on Koh Tachai. The place is known for turtles and leopard sharks. But also manta rays and with a bit of luck a whale shark can be found again and again at the pinnacle around Koh Tachai.

Fifth day of diving
4 dives Surin Island and Richelieu Rock - early in the morning we experience the wild nature of the Surin Islands and the smaller islands. We start the day with a dive at the Surin Islands and then continue to Richelieu Rock, one of the most famous dive sites in Thailand. Here you can find almost anything at any time, from seahorses and ghost pipefish to schools of barracuda, bass and wrasse, tuna and squid. Big fish like manta rays and whale sharks are also regularly sighted here. We will do 3 dives here before we return to Tablamu via Koh Tachai and Koh Bon.

Sixth day of diving
2 Dives Koh Tachai and Koh Bon – we do the first dive at Koh Tachai and then we go to Koh Bon for the last dive before we start the return trip to Tablamu port, arriving between 2:30pm and 3:30pm .

With daily transfers to and from the liveaboard boat the MV Lapat, we offer a very flexible 2-days / 1-night liveaboard trip.
Join the MV Lapat on the day of your choice and dive the best sites that the Similan and Surin Islands have to offer.

You will collect from your hotel in the morning and transfer you to the MV Lapat via speedboat, the Nawanoppa. During the day there are two dives before the speedboat returns to land. Once the speedboat has departed there will be fewer people on board which makes for a more relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the late afternoon and sunset at the islands. There is also the opportunity for either a sunset dive or a night dive. On your departure day, you can experience a refreshing early dive before returning on the Nawanoppa later in the day, arriving back at your hotel approximately 5:30 pm.

We're doing 4 dives a day at 7:00 am, 10:30 am, 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm. After the Speedboat transfer, our customers arrive on time for the second dive of the day. Return to the mainland is after the third dive, the next day. So, you're doing 6 dives during a 2-days / 1-night trip.

FurnishingMV Lapat offers a choice of two cabin types
2 x Master Cabins with en-suite bathroom,

All cabins have air conditioning. Master cabins offer a double bed and are ensuite. There are four bathrooms on the boat plus outdoor showers. The MV Lapat has hot showers, plus we provide you with eco-friendly products to use in the bathrooms, so we do not pollute the reefs around the islands. The boat is equipped with all the necessary safety features, emergency oxygen and extensive first aid kit as well as a life-raft, life jackets and fire extinguishers.

The upper deck of the boat offers an indoor saloon with air conditioning, sofas and entertainment system. On the same level, you will find the dining area where all our delicious meals are served. All food is served buffet-style and consists of both local Thai dishes and western food. Don’t miss out on our freshly brewed coffee which is a favorite among coffee lovers. On the top level of the boat, you will find our huge sundeck which is partly covered and you will find comfortable mattresses to relax on in between the dives.
ServicesThe MV Lapat has a very experienced boat crew and a captain with more than 30 years of experience of the Andaman Sea. The Tour Leaders are all Similan veterans with multiple years of experience working with us, hugely experienced you can dive knowing you are in good hands. The Instructors and Divemasters consist of both local Thais and various western dive professionals, all experienced tutors and dive guides.

The MV Camic is a wooden hull liveaboard design 27m in length. Currently, the boat offers two cabin choices; Master cabins (double bed) or Twin Bunk cabins. All cabins are en-suite with hot showers and air-conditioned. Join our liveaboard and dive the best Similan and Surin National parks have to offer.

The MV Camic offers dedicated dive safaris - no change of guest in between. This ensures the entire boat remains dedicated to its liveaboard customers. If you like relaxing and enjoyable dive trips then the 4D/4N trip will ensure you see all the best sites in both the Similan and Surin National parks in a nice relaxed environment. With only 7 cabins (maximum 14 guests) the MV Camic is never overcrowded.
Each evening, depending on your anchorage, the motor dinghy is available should you wish to explore one of the (now deserted) nearby beaches.

Your trip starts with a pick-up from your Khao Lak hotel around 5:30 pm on the day of departure, returning approximately the same time on your return date. Once aboard you have only to pay for any non-complimentary drinks, all meals and snacks are included. The MV Camic offers an upper deck indoor lounge with a full entertainment center, plus a spacious sundeck. The main eating and seating area are where all the meals are served, delicious Thai dishes and western food.

Manta Queen 3 The liveaboard vessel is 36 meters long and 7 meters wide steel hull built liveaboard that is manned with 6 Dive Staff and 10 Boat Crew. The Manta Queen 7 offers the ultimate scuba diving liveaboard experience with 5D/4N trips on the North Andaman Route.
Explore world-renowned dive sites: Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock and Boonsung wreck.

The vessel accommodates 22 guests in comfortable air-conditioned Twin bunk bed ensuite cabins, Double bed ensuite cabins, Twin bunk bed non ensuite cabins and 4 bunk bed non ensuite cabin.

There is plenty of space to enjoy the time in between dives in the Saloon with HD-TV, the open dining area or on the large Sundeck.
This liveaboard vessel is a 23 meters long and 5 meters wide wooden hull built boat that is manned with 6 Dive Staff and 8 Boat Crew.
The dinghy on Manta Queen 7 gives you the opportunity to spend some time on the beautiful beaches.
